Rockman Logistics (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an international freight forwarding company headquartered at Katip Kasım Mah. Mermerciler Cad. No 5, Kat 1, Yenikapı / Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey. We operate this website and provide logistics services connecting Turkey, Ghana and China.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, email address and phone number when you submit a quote request or contact form
  • Shipment details (cargo type, route, weight/volume) to generate freight estimates
  • Any additional information you choose to share in message fields
  • How you found us, such as the ad, campaign or website that brought you to our site, recorded with your inquiry so we can measure which of our advertising works

We also collect technical data about your visit (browser and device type, approximate location, referring URL and the pages you view) through Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our website hosting provider, to understand how the website is used, measure our advertising and keep the site secure.

This website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality, analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent, and advertising cookies set by the Meta Pixel, which let us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who have visited the site. When you submit a form, the Meta Pixel also sends the contact details you entered, such as your name, email address and phone number, to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account and tell us which ads led to an inquiry. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
